The work, clearly defined

What we can help with.

Exterior work benefits from a clear description of both the goal and the existing conditions. A repair may be enough in one area, while another needs replacement or a new layout. Tell us what you want to accomplish and which parts of the home or yard are involved.

Decks & fencing

Discuss construction or repairs, the way you use the outdoor space, preferred materials, and the condition of existing features.

Window projects

Share the windows you want to replace or install, any issues with their operation, and whether the opening sizes will change.

Gutter cleaning & upkeep

Describe the areas needing cleaning, the height and access around the home, and any overflow or other concerns you have noticed.

From conversation to completion

A plan before the work begins.

  4. 04

    Agree the work & timing

A defined scope provides the basis for a project-specific quote and a discussion of scheduling.

Planning your project

What affects cost and timing?

Deck and fence estimates are affected by dimensions, materials, existing condition, removal work, and site access. Window projects depend on quantities, sizes, product choices, and changes around the openings. Gutter cleaning depends on the extent of the work, height, access, and debris conditions. Combining jobs can be discussed, but pricing and availability are confirmed for your particular property.

Helpful details for your first conversation

  • The project type and the part of the property involved.
  • Approximate dimensions or window quantities, if you know them.
  • Whether you want repairs, replacement, new construction, or cleaning.
  • Access considerations, preferred materials, and any HOA requirements you already know about.

Start with what you know. We can discuss the remaining details during follow-up.

Before you get started

Your questions, answered.

Can you help with a smaller repair?

Tell us what needs attention and where the property is located. We review the scope and confirm whether the project fits our availability. You do not need to describe it as a major remodel to send a request.

Should I repair or replace my deck or fence?

That depends on the condition and the outcome you want. The visible surface is only part of the decision; the supporting elements and the extent of damage matter too. A property assessment helps define the options.

What should I tell you about gutter cleaning?

Include the approximate height of the home, which areas need attention, and whether you have noticed overflow. If guards or covers are present, mention them. Cleaning and repairs are different scopes, so describe any repair concern separately.

Do window projects include window washing?

The window services offered here are replacement and installation. If your request is for cleaning or another type of work, select Other home improvement and describe it so we can confirm whether it is a fit.

Do I need approval before exterior work?

Requirements depend on the scope and location. Discuss permits, property boundaries, and any HOA approvals before proceeding, especially when adding structures or changing existing openings.

How do I get a quote?

Start with your project type, property location, a description of the work, and your preferred timing. We review the request and discuss the information or property assessment needed to prepare a project-specific quote. Submitting the form does not commit you to construction.

Do you work outside Issaquah?

Our office is in Issaquah and we serve the greater Seattle area. Include your address and ZIP code in the request so we can confirm availability for your location and scope.
