Privacy notice

GFM Construction LLC collects the information you provide in the project questionnaire: contact details, property location, project details, timing, and insurance and drying status when relevant to restoration work. We use it to review your project, contact you, and manage your request.

Requests are stored in a hosted database and are available only to authorized staff through the lead portal. We do not ask for insurance policy numbers, financial details, or claim documents in this form. Please do not submit sensitive documents.

We record the referring website or campaign source when available to understand how customers find us. A temporarily hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, and interactions such as quote requests and phone-link clicks. Analytics may use cookies and device/browser information. Names, contact details, property addresses, insurance details, and project descriptions entered in the form are not sent to Analytics. The private staff portal is excluded from Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Some visits may not be recorded when tracking is blocked.
